  1. Consider the three primary short term research priorities outlined in the reading.
    1. Which would you "super" prioritize over the other two?
    2. Name the two most positive outcomes that could result from progress in the area you chose.
    3. Note the primary criterion you used to prioritize and briefly explain why your choice ranks higher by your stated criterion than one of the two other areas. (That is, "I picked the most X, and A is more X than B because ...")
    4. Briefy explain the most negative consequence of prioritizing your choice.
  2. Consider the subareas of the primary area you chose in in 1a. Which would you rank as lowest priority behind all others in the area? Briefly (3-5 sentences) explain your choice.
